The Role of an Executive Director’s Assistant

As the right hand to our Executive Director, Haiiileen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You’ll be involved in everything from managing schedules and coordinating meetings, to assisting with project management and fundraising efforts. • Organizational Skills: You’ll be juggling multiple tasks and priorities in this role, so excellent organizational skills are key.
