We’re thrilled to share a major achievement in the early chapters of our journey: Rainbow Oasiiis have officially been awarded the Cultural Sponsoring Organization designation by the Florida Department of State’s Division of Arts and Culture!

This prestigious recognition underscores the impact we’ve made in a short amount of time and allows us to apply for the Cultural Endowment Fund, a powerful opportunity to secure long-term support for our mission.

A Major Milestone for Rainbow Oasiiis

Since our founding, Rainbow Oasiiis has been dedicated to building vibrant cultural ecosystems through experimental media, immersive art, and boundary-pushing experiences. At the heart of this work is the Chroma Art Film Festival—a platform spotlighting avant-garde filmmakers, new media artists, and global creatives who challenge the limits of storytelling.

Receiving the Cultural Sponsoring Organization designation is more than an award—it’s a validation of our vision, and a launchpad for a more sustainable future.

Why This Matters

With this designation, we now qualify to apply for Florida’s Cultural Endowment Fund, which enables organizations to establish a $600,000 endowment through:

• $360,000 in private contributions
• A $240,000 state match

The income from this endowment will help us:

🎨 Support Emerging Artists: Uplift underrepresented voices and invest in the next generation of cultural innovators
🌈 Expand Cultural Programming: Offer more immersive, inclusive, and accessible art experiences
🌍 Foster Global Exchange: Strengthen cultural dialogue across borders through meaningful artistic collaboration
